活動辦法：
1. 活動名稱：第十一屆台灣國際方塊舞大會
2. 主辦單位：中華民國方塊舞協會
3. 活動日期與時間：
2026年5月9日 (週六) 14:30 ~ 21:30
2026年5月 10日 (週日) 9 :00 ~ 16:30
Trail-in A & C會前會 5月8日 (週五) 19:00 ~ 21:30
4.活動地點：台北劍潭青年活動中心 (台北市士林區中山北路4段16號)
5.活動內容： 方塊舞（分為Mainstream, Plus, Advanced, C1, 等級）
圓舞（Round Dance）、排舞（Line Dance)
由中外Caller主持，並分為二個廳同時舉行。
6.報名費用：（包括活動期間之活動及保險費用）
(1) 2025年 12 月31 日之前
a.中華民國方塊舞協會會員 NT$2,200元(不含餐費)、NT$3,000元(含餐費)
b.非會員，則以上費用加收300元。
c.國外參加者US$110.00 (一律含餐費)
(2) 2026年 1 月 1 日之後
a.中華民國方塊舞協會會員 NT$2,500元(不含餐費)、NT$3,300元(含餐費)
b.非會員，則以上費用加收300元。
c.國外參加者 US$120.00 (一律含餐費)。
7. 餐點：5/9晚餐與5/10午餐，皆為10人桌餐。

(2) 報名表格：請向各方塊舞社團負責人或上述大會籌備委員會祕書處 索取。
(3) 報名手續：請將填妥之報名表連同報名費經由所屬之社團負責人轉交，
或匯款入帳戶，亦可直接寄交上述大會籌備委員會祕書處辦理報名。

大會於審核參加者之報名資料及費用無誤後，將開立『繳費收據』以完成報名手續。
9. 報名後取消辦法：
(1) 2026年 2月28日前通知大會籌備委員會祕書處取消報名或訂餐者，
扣除NT$300(or US$10.-)手續費後退費 。
(2) 2026年2月28日之後取消者，一概不予退費。
10. 注意事項：
(1) 活動期間參加者請務必穿著方塊舞服裝。
Trail-in A & C會前會，可輕便服裝、長裙。
(2) 活動期間(含Trail-in A & C會前會)，參加者須憑大會名牌入場，並須全程配戴，不得私自轉
讓。
(3) 訂餐者，憑大會餐券的桌號入坐用餐。
(4) 若原定之活動場地因故無法使用，主辦單位有權更改活動地點。
11. 本活動辦法如有未盡事宜，得隨時修正不另通知。

Admission Fee：US$110 (US$120 after January 1, 2026)
Includes：Dinner (May 9) and Lunch (May 10)
Refund：A US$10 cancellation fee applies. No refunds after Feb 28, 2026.
